The grade II listed building in Clifton, Bristol was feared lost for ever when plans to turn the original site of the Victorian Lido into a block of flats were withdrawn at the last minute back in 2003. Since then work has been tireless in restoring the Lido back to its former glory with the addition of a new restaurant and café to compliment the luxurious heated outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, sundeck and outdoor spa pool.
Connected Light teamed up again with electrical contractors Rodda Electrical to deliver finish worthy of such a historically sensitive project. It was important to meet the visions and wishes of the minds behind the restoration and with new halogen and LED technology we designed a lighting scheme that complimented the celebrated building but also bringing it up to date.
