Introduction
At Connected Light, we specialise in designing lighting control systems that not only save energy but also transform your space into a more functional and dynamic environment. With us at your side, you can achieve up to 80% energy savings compared to traditional lighting systems. Let us guide you through the endless possibilities of smart lighting controls tailored to your unique needs.

What We Offer
As a leading lighting design consultancy, one of our expertise lies in crafting bespoke lighting control strategies that go beyond mere product selection. From personalised scene switching and dimming to advanced timed automations, we work with you to understand the requirements of your building and occupants.
We partner with the world’s leading controls manufacturers allowing us to select the latest technologies. Working closely with our clients we build a control system philosophy that enhances both the functionality and aesthetics of each space.
A choice of wired or wireless systems are available to suit each application. We offer independent advice on what should be considered on each project to guide our clients, offering choices and options to meet all considerations.
- Project Assessment: We can offer consultations to understand your project requirements, provide on-site assessments and demonstrations to assist with the controls specification.
- Design: Using various software tools, we will produce a ‘controls layer’ which illustrates all the required products, the positioning of each device and details on the wiring requirements to assist the installing contractor. Technical drawings, datapacks, and specifications are provided following the final design approval.
- Product Supply: All devices and products can be quoted for and supplied through Connected Light with our team of site engineers available to complete the commissioning once installed. Connected Light are main Casambi partners and distribute to Wholesalers, Contractors, End Users and OEMs.
- Installation: Choose between installation by our trusted contractors or using your own provider, we will help the installer deliver the project with guidance from us to ensure all aspects are understood for an easy delivery. Toolbox talks are included as part of our delivery service.

As a member of BS 5266 I am so excited to see such suitable, diligent, compliant processing from Connected Light. BS 5266 pt. 1 is a Code of practice for the emergency lighting of premises. This is the base document that calls up relevant standards and outlines how they should be interfaced. It also details how types of emergency lighting systems should be designed, installed, commissioned, and tested for different types of premises. Installation and wiring considerations are detailed and the appropriate testing and commissioning documentation are defined.
